Team Spotlight: Meet Teddy Hodges, Head of U.S. Training and Education

Teddy Hodges has been with APsystems for more than a year and brings nearly 15 years of solar industry experience to his role leading training and education across the U.S. For Teddy, solar is personal. The industry has given him opportunities to build new skills, embrace emerging technologies, and create a stronger future for his family. Today, he is passionate about sharing that knowledge and helping others build successful careers and businesses in solar.

Teddy wants every installer and industry partner to know that he genuinely cares about their success. Whether he is leading a training or visiting a jobsite, he is committed to making sure partners understand the products, feel supported, and are equipped to do solar the right way.

Outside of work, Teddy enjoys smoking meat, cooking for others, and spending time with his family.
