We want to celebrate the real stories behind the solar success! APsystems is launching an exclusive contest just for our US installer partners. Tell us how APsystems has made a positive difference in your business—and get a shot at winning a premium stay during the RE+ International Show. 

THE PRIZE
Five lucky winners will receive a 2-night stay at the luxurious Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, connected directly to the RE+ convention center. 

  • Dates: Tuesday, September 9 – Thursday, September 11 
  • Room value: $900 per night (including taxes and resort fees) = $1,800 

HOW TO ENTER
Submit a testimonial using this form with either a photo or video showing you using or installing APsystems products:

  • Video submissions preferred and questions should be answered verbally on the video
  • If photo then please write your answers to these questions directly in the form
  • Content created at installations in-the-field preferred

Whether you win or not, your story might be showcased on: 

  • Our website 
  • Social media channels 
  • Other marketing materials shared across the industry

Contest Terms & Conditions:

  • Contest is open to participants located in North America only.

  • Multiple entries are permitted, but only one entry per individual will be considered for a prize. If more than one submission is received from the same person or company, APsystems will evaluate the entry that includes the most complete and compelling combination of testimonial and media content.

  • Submissions must clearly feature APsystems products (microinverters or APstorage ELS device). Content should demonstrate real-world usage—bonus consideration may be given for on-site installation photos or videos.

  • Each submission must include:

    • Your name and company name

    • A testimonial (written or video)

    • At least one photo or video featuring APsystems products

    • Answers to the testimonial questions (provided in the entry form)

  • Video submissions and photos larger than 5MB should be submitted via a cloud storage or file-sharing service link.

  • All entries must be submitted by July 11, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.

  • Winners will be selected by APsystems based on subjective review criteria, including content quality, creativity, relevance to the brand, clarity of testimonial, and overall impact. 
  • APsystems reserves the right to determine winners at its sole discretion and may select alternate winners or decline to award if submissions do not meet minimum standards. 
  • Contestants agree that judging criteria are subjective and that results are final. APsystems’ decisions cannot be appealed or contested. 
  • By participating, entrants also agree to bear any costs involved in creating and submitting content (e.g., filming, photography, file uploads) and release APsystems from liability for such expenses. 

By entering the APsystems Testimonial & Media Contest, you: 

  • Confirm that you are legally permitted to represent your business or yourself in this submission. 
  • Agree to all rules and terms listed herein. 

By submitting your testimonial and media content, you grant APsystems the right to: 

  • Use your name, company name, testimonial, photos, and videos in promotional content, on our website, social media, and other marketing materials. 
  • Publicly announce your participation or selection as a contest winner. 
  • Retain and reuse your content indefinitely for commercial or promotional purposes, with or without attribution. 

APsystems reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the most current version posted on this page before entering. 

By entering, you: 

  • Confirm that all content you submit is your own, and that you have the right to share any images or video included. 
  • Agree to hold APsystems harmless against any claims or legal disputes arising from the use of your submitted content. 
  • Accept full responsibility for any false, misleading, or unauthorized content submitted.
