I hereby grant APsystems and its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates, permission to use my provided quote, testimonial, digital media of my likeness, including photography, video, and audio recordings, and to edit/retouch such media, with or without my name, and without and compensation, for advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, training, and other lawful purposes.

As owner or authorized representative of the Property and by signing this release, I give APsystems and Assigns my permission to create and use the Content depicting the Property in any media, for advertising, promotional, marketing, publicity, training, and other lawful purposes. I agree that the Content may be combined with other content, text and graphics and cropped, altered or modified. I agree that all rights to the Content belong to APsystems and / or Assigns.

I hereby waive any right to inspect and/or approve the finished photography, quote, testimonial, video, and/or audio recordings which may be used by APsystems. I understand that these materials will become the property of APsystems and will not be returned to me

I hereby agree to release and forever discharge APsystems, and its employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate, have or may have arising from or related to the use of my name and photograph as described herein.

I understand the terms of the foregoing release and consent and acknowledge that it cannot be revoked for any reason. I further acknowledge and agree the above authorizations extend to APsystems’ successors and to those who assist APsystems in developing, creating, publishing, publicizing, and distributing any of the materials covered by this Release and Consent.
